Oh - I should mention something that might help others. I replaced a transfer kit that was making the printouts QUITE blue. When I first installed this kit the blue was reduced, but still present. I was a bit concerned, but printed about 4 more pages (over a few day's time) - and now it prints PERFECTLY. So, print 4-10 pages after changing out yours before you decide its still broken.
