Contacted customer service on Amazon (dealing directly with Renogy) and the problem was fully resolved. Really excellent from Renogy. Product was working and continued working throughout the fault. Excellent charger. deployed remotely so Bluetooth module wasn't needed for me. I will be using more of their products.
