My boyfriend and I are both baffled. EDIT: After further personal research, we figured out that you put the pieces inside your ear. See photo for further details. He also told me this earbuds have a "cool battery life" indicator on the phone notification panel. I found it cool, so came home and ordered it on the same day, got it delivered in few days and loved the quality, packaging, number of cool small things it came along with, etc.Got it paired with my phone, loved the sound quality but couldn't find the "cool battery life" indicator on the phone notification panel, after some googling, I learnt that it is only available for iPhones and not for Android - my 1st heart-break !!!Well, I liked the build and sound quality plus it looked cool, so I decided to keep it. Got few smiles with head turns and positive comments on how good it looked from few colleagues and friends.CONS:It comes with a nice talk-back feature which I liked earlier, because it can alert you with these spoken messages, such as: low battery, power ON, power OFF, Connected, out of range, etc.But until yesterday I did not notice this major issue. It kept saying "out of range", although my phone was in my hand.After 2 weeks of use, the earbuds won't stay connected to my phone. Although it's fully charged it would drop connectivity and automatically turn itself off (without "turning off" spoken alert). I found it weird and thought to be a one time off thing, but started to happen more often. Me being a professional software tester, as per my instincts, I tried to find a certain pattern leading the problem, but couldn't find one. Still decided to keep using it although the issue became more prominent and annoying.This is a really nicely built, good sound quality, blue tooth headset, but it definitely needs some good production testing before releasing for customer use.***Returning it after few weeks of use*** ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time cordless *by C***S on June 9, 2015* Let me start with this. The product itself is not a 5 star item, I am an audiophile. The music quality is decent if the the headphones are adjusted properly in your ears. Keep in mind that I'm an audiophile, though. The headphones are definitely good at blocking out my air conditioner and other noisy things going on. Better than that of Apple headphones, but certainly not competitive with my $150 AT corded headphones. HOWEVER considering I paid $32 for these headphones AND one day shipping ...and considering how easy this product is to use, I have no choice but to recommend this to anybody looking for Bluetooth headphone for a great price. They do come with accessories for different ear sizes, though I have huge ears and the size it came with fit fine. Took 10 minutes for the first FULL charge -2 minutes later I was listening to Pandora & Soundcloud in the kitchen while my phone was in the bedroom. I will absolutely use these anytime I'm cleaning up the house, running or doing things outside my house. I will without a doubt buy these again if they break after the 12 month warranty is up. Did I mention the battery life of the headphones are shown next to the Bluetooth symbol on iPhones? Nice bonusThere are always freak accidents with products, so if you read 1 star reviews either assume they're technologically-challenged or that they had a (rare, but replaceable) faulty product. Also be careful when looking at other Bluetooth headphones like this, I noticed many of the reviewers received the product for free in exchange for an "honest review". I gave these a try just because of the reviews.
