Review: I'm a fan. - I'm on my fourth order of these and have found no reason to change. They stay on well, even at marathon distance and on hot days. There may be some minor discomfort in pulling them off, but I would expect that with any adhesive product you attach to your skin.
Review: Works great as bandaids too - I used these for an area on my foot- I could not get any other type of bandaid or dressings to last more than an hour. These have great adhesive ability without pain or difficulty in removal. Very gentle on skin yet stays in place. Great value for the money

## Features

- GAUZE PAD, NOT JUST A STICKER: Each cover is double layered with a 20mm cotton gauze pad in the center. The pad sits over the nipple and the adhesive grips the skin around it, so covers go on even when you are already raw.
- BUILT FOR THE WHOLE DISTANCE: Water resistant film with ventilated holes so sweat can escape instead of pooling under the cover. Made for long runs, marathons, gym sessions, hiking, surfing and yard work.
- APPLY 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOU RUN: Adhesive bonds to dry, oil free skin. Trim the hair around the nipple, clean and dry the area, press for 10 seconds, then let it set before you start sweating. That is how it holds to the finish.
- NOTHING SHOWS THROUGH: Thin, matte and skin tone, so covers stay hidden under a race singlet, a white tee or a work shirt. In the shower, let warm water run over the cover, then peel slowly from the edge.
- 100 COVERS, 50 PAIRS: 35mm (1.38in) covers with a 20mm internal cotton gauze pad, single use, in a flat pack that fits a gym bag or race belt. Skin tone, matte and thin, so nothing shows through a light coloured shirt.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5+ Stars all the way
*by L***B on August 7, 2021*

I’ve bought all kinds of these for my husband and always get negative feedback: “they fell off have way thru my run”, “they don’t prevent rubbing”, etc. Until I found these guys! The adhesion on them is great! No more dreaded bloody 11! They stay on so good that he ran, took a quick shower, got up the next morning to play hockey, one of his teammates noticed his nipple covers and asked him if he ran that morning…. He didn’t even know they were still on lol. So, I think that says a lot about comfort right there and again adhesion. My husband is a marathon runner, he runs everyday with one day of a week. He also plays hockey, bikes, hikes, and any other sport he can get himself into. Buy these to avoid chafing, bloody 11, and plain irritation. You will be making the right choice!
