**Q: Does this rice have to be soaked overnight before use?**
A: No soaking overnight is not required . Excellent quality rice .

**Q: What are the cooking instructions? There are none on the package**
A: See pervious answer

**Q: How long to cook it**
A: I usually take around 40 minutes or slightly longer depending on how much stock I add at a time.  I soften onions in oil for about 5 mins then add my rice I mix the two well then add a ladle of stock and continue doing this when it’s absorbed until your stock is finished and the rice is creamy. I then add pre cooked mushrooms and stir them in. A wee grate of a nice cheese as you plate it up and mmmmm.

**Q: Is this gluten free? Ingredients only state the rice**
A: Yes. It is. I eat gluten free
