Being immune to Trap, Magic, and Monster effects makes this card an amazing asset. I HIGHLY recommend this card to anyone with a 'Dragon Based Deck,' but only if they have the 'ingrediants' to make this card.The way the card is Special Summoned is it's only flaw, it requires the tribute of a 'Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.' No, I do not mean 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon,' I mean 'Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.' Thus one would require THREE 'Blue-Eyes White Dragons,' and several 'Polymerizations' or 'Future Fusions.' Once you've got all that, you need to have 'Blue-Eyes Shinning Dragon' in your hand.Besides the summoning restriction the 'Blue-Eyes Shinning Dragon' is the perfect monster. I stressed before that this card would be best in a 'Dragon Based Deck,' the reason being that for every Dragon type monster in YOUR graveyard the 'Blue-Eyes Shinning Dragon' gains 300 attack points. So just by summoning him you've already put FOUR Dragons in your graveyard ('Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon' and three 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon'), imagine that kind of power being under your command? As a bonus, it's immunity to your opponent's Spell, Trap, and Monster effects means this card can ONLY be destroyed by YOU (no idea why you'd want to do that, but hey who knows) or a monster your opponent controls that is STRONGER. Meaning, if you've just Summoned the 'Blue-Eyes Shinning Dragon' and have no other Dragon types in your graveyard, your opponent would need to bring out a monster with AT LEAST 4300 attack points or more.So there ya have it!
