I took this 5 lb container and broke it down into smaller batches and vacuum sealed them to add to their shelf life and to make them more manageable. I was excited to see if the flavor was as good as the smell, and I was not let down. I cracked some onto my salads, soups, steaks, etc in different sizes and the pepper taste was amazing. These are worthy of any 3 Star Michelin Restaurant! I will be back to buy some more again and again.
