I have chronic migraines, and being in college I am on the computer all the time, which contributes to my migraines. These glasses have seriously changed my life. I sleep better, I get headaches way less. These are so good for your eyes in general, given that your eyes strain harder to stare at a computer screen because it is a type of light our eyes are not meant to look at all of the time. This will save your eyes a lot of pain and issues when you’re older, and they’re cheap! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Cheap, but still worth it *by B***A on Reviewed in the United States on April 13, 2020* I ordered the 2-pack of half-frame glasses. The frames are plastic and cheaply made, but I actually ended up liking that because they are very light-weight--I don't wear glasses normally so this was a plus for me. The frames do collect dust and smudges pretty easily, but they come with a cleaning cloth, so it's not a huge deal. They definitely help to block blue light--the difference is noticeable. You can also very clearly see the blue light reflected on the outside of the glasses. This is a huge giveaway that they aren't real glasses, so I wouldn't recommend wearing these simply as a fashion statement--although I do think the pairs I got are pretty fashionable and I do wear them occasionally even when I'm not working on a screen. The glasses are a bit on the wider side, so if you have a narrow face these might look too big on you. The fit is fine for me. Overall I would definitely recommend these for their purpose.
