### ⭐⭐⭐

Random alerts and misreads by the door sensor

*by P***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 23, 2020*

Overall I've really liked how easy it is to open and close my garage door from my phone and my watch. The biggest issues I have are that the app will take several minutes sometimes to update, meaning I'm standing outside of my house waiting 4 min for the app to update the door status and allow me to open/shut the door, which by then I could have just used the manual keypad on the wall. The biggest issue I have is I bought this to alleviate some anxiety about possibly leaving the garage door open when I'm not at home... I will close the door, drive across town to work and 2 hours later receive a notification that my garage door is now open and has remained open for 20 min. but having someone check on the door, I'll find that it's actually closed. This eliminates pretty much MY entire reason for purchasing this product as I have to have someone check on the door, which I SHOULD be able to do from the app, which I can't trust.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Remote access.

*by P***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 2, 2019*

I have installed this on my garage last week. Install was simple and quick. So far no problems. It gives mw alerts/notifications everytime someone opnes/closes the garage door. Also you can have remote access to it. If you want you can link it to the amazon key so that all your future amazon deliveries will be kept in the garage so no need to worry about packages getting stolen.

### ⭐

    More trouble then worth

*by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on December 1, 2020*

The door sensor kept losing connection to the signal box so it randomly just wouldn't open the door anymore until the sensor was paired again. If that's not terrible enough, the pairing process requires you to go through the entire setup process and you can't skip through to the part you need so a 10 second process ends up taking 10 minutes because of it. It's not well designed at all.
