It is a bit of a sales pitch for his own practice, but it’s not heavy handed, and he dispenses very good technical data. So, it’s worth the read. Tax-free retirement is compelling, and the strategies herein seem like they can be pretty powerful. I also think he’s pretty fair in describing the different strategies and each one’s merit. There’s no magical one size fits all recommendation.My complaint is the number of typos in the book that slowed me down and distracted me from the examples and data. Further, I think the examples would have been more powerful by using some charts and tables to show side by side comparisons of before and after snapshots rather than just long paragraphs.
