Now nobody has to look at my ugly eye wound lol. No stitching on pad itself so it rests comfortably over the eye. I did notice I had to reposition it throughout the day as it would slide off my eye slightly but not so much to where it was a nuisance. It may possibly have been because I needed to tighten it more but I didn't want to hurt my injury more. I have to patch one eye for a few hours a day for about a month. The main reason I bought this item was to wear it under a pair of glasses so I can patch one eye and do close up work with the other one. It is not really 3d it is almost flat so your lashes will not fit under it, but the fabric is smooth so you can just keep your eye closed. It does fit OK under glasses.
