For an older person with arthritis or other condition that affects physical control, this clamp is a no-go. I bought this for my dad to use, but with the tiny knob and the need to regulate how hard this is clamped down, it just won't work. It's a great idea, but needs the clamp to match the hose size better and offer a bigger knob for control Oh, well, it was worth a try.
