I spent the entire summer with this book by side, and wow what a difference it made. The math refresher section was nice and concise, and the diagnostic tests pinpointed your weaknesses with startling accuracy. This is not to say that the other sections are weak- although if I had to pick it'd be the writing section. The reading section has a good vocabulary list and a root/suffix section which is vital in doing the vocabulary section of the test. If you are between the 2015 edition and this one they seem virtually the same from what I've seen so save yourself the money and pick up this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Tool *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2014* We have not fully used this book yet. I used it as home school curriculum addition. I used it to teach my 8th grader vocabulary and grammar. From what we used so far, I'd give it 5 stars. It is very large and overwhelming. I used Gruber's materials over 30 years ago myself when preparing for the MCAT. I like Gruber's analysis of how to study for the SAT, not just memorize. A comprehensive set of tools are in one volume.My son is able to get a read on his strengths and weaknesses by taking the tests. We both like the explanations for the math questions.
