It requires a lot of muscle to hold down the clip and try to rotate the top off. I live in Arizona, and the hard plastic inside to collect leaves, is not what I really wanted. I needed a net lining to collect the dust and small pebbles that fall into the pool. I am sure this canister is good in other regions in the country. However, it is not for Arizona, and I am returning it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lid is VERY difficult to remove *by K***. on July 28, 2024* The product works but the lid was nearly impossible to remove even for my Husband.
