**Q: For poultry leg hoop style**
A: I haven’t used these hooks for poultry yet. I bought them for hanging ribs and they work great for that!

**Q: Work good for chicken (?) where is best place to hook them so they don't fall off?**
A: Works great with a whole chicken. You can hook in the back or trough the breast.

**Q: Can these hang up a brisket during bbq inside the smoker?**
A: it would depend on the size of the smoker and the length of the brisket.  As for weight handling, I hang 5lb to 7lb bacon slabs on each hook without issue.
