I have been making keto pancakes from scratch with almond flour and eggs which took some time to get the consistence like I wanted and they were good but there are times I need a faster method so I went looking on Amazon for a simpler method. This mix just takes water (I use unsweetened almond milk) and mix and it is ready. Thinning to my consistence is a breeze and they cook up really well if you watch your heat and don't over cook them. I use Choc Zero maple pecan syrup and often add Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips for a change. I am really pleased with this product.Update: The last package I received would not seal because the plastic strips were misaligned so one was above the other. I have noticed this problem with many products using this type of closure.
