Our noodles are made of a highly viscous, soluble fiber that moves through your digestive system slowly and helping you to feel full. And, according to a double-blind study published intheAmerican Journal of Clinical Nutrition, patients who were given this same konjac plant fiber daily (vs placebo) saw a 10% decrease in total cholesterol, 7.2% decrease in LDL cholesterol, 23% decrease in triglycerides, and 2.5% reduction in systolic blood pressure (theamount of pressure in your arteries during contraction of your heart muscle).1** Every meal helps you feel full fast and tastes delicious! As you may know, soluble fiber is essential for weight loss. But the problem with soluble fiber is that the most common sources of fiber are oat bran, oatmeal, beans, peas, rice bran, barley, citrus fruits, strawberries and apple pulp. Eating these can lead to weight gain because they’re also high in carbohydrates. The fiber in Miracle Noodle, Miracle Rice, and our Ready-To-Eat meals not only slows your digestion and prolongs the sensation of fullness, it has virtually no calories and no carbohydrates. Finally, you’ll enjoy pasta-style dishes and rice…without worrying about calories and carbs! Ingredients Water, Konjac Flour, Preservative: Citric Acid. But prob won’t get again. I researched the best way to cook them & I think I did but they just didn’t hit the spot. There wasn’t anything horrible about them but as a big Keto fan I’m not into the noodle/pasta/bread carb substitutes. I just stick more with my zoodles & caulirice. If you like this sort of thing these ones are worth a shot. ### ⭐ Low carb *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 9 October 2021* Taste of nothing..a step too far ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for Asian dishes *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 23 January 2023* Doesn't taste like regular pasta and has strange texture but great for Asian style dishes on keto ## Frequently Bought Together - Miracle Noodle Plain Shirataki/Konjac Noodles - Vegan, Gluten Free, Kosher (Angel Hair, 1 Pack) - Emma Basic - Shirataki Konjac Noodles 170g (Pack of 12) | Vegan | Gluten Free| Sugar Free | Fat Free | Zero Carbs | Healthy Pasta - YUHO Shirataki Konjac Fettuccine, 8 x 190 g, Vegan, Low Calorie Food, Gluten Free, Fat Free, Keto Friendly, Low Carbs, Healthy Diet 53.61 Oz (1520 g) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/130301735-miracle-noodle-plain-shirataki-konjac-noodles-vegan-gluten-free-kosher](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/130301735-miracle-noodle-plain-shirataki-konjac-noodles-vegan-gluten-free-kosher) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
