Of everything I have tried, these are our favorites. They are in fact so much our favorite that my boyfriend stole mine and I had to buy two more, bringing me to a total of four of these things. They give good range of motion and good stability. The comfort level is about what you make of it. Any wrist brace will get uncomfortable after a few hours. These have the hard plate in them that give them extra durability, but it can also make them feel uncomfortable a little bit faster than ones that don't have them. Overall, the velcro straps are the best part to me. Sometimes when I've been wearing the brace a few hours and start to get uncomfortable, I will either loosen or completely undo the velcro straps. This takes some of the pressure off my skin without completely losing the stability of the brace, and after a few minutes to an hour, I'll redo the velcro once I'm feeling better. Some people complained about a smell. This product, as well as most products made of similar material, come with a smell that dissipates after a day or two.
