Well, when I opened the package, I completely understood. We slept on the Brooklinen sheets last night for the first time. It says they get softer with washings, but they were not soft after washing yesterday, and I have no way to hang them so they went into the dryer. They fit the bed great and looked great - you can see the quality! To our surprise, they were very comfortable and not noisy, scratchy, or any of the complaints I read about other sheets we were considering. We are very happy with these sheets and highly recommend them! Very good customer service, packaging, and the little book enclosed was very impressive.

Do not waste your money. These sheets aren’t anything special and the customer service is dreadful. They get very wrinkled and the color fades FAST. There are cheaper, softer, better quality sheets. If you want to treat yourself to luxury bedding, find another brand.
