Let me make this as brief as possible.I placed an order in hopes for a superior product over the normal big shelf store, And needless to say I had a problem due to shipping.Anyhow after emailing Nick from the company I received a reply within minutes, NOT hours, NOT days, Unbelievable response time.Not only was a helpful resolution provided the same day, My replacement arrived within 24 hours.Now I know its a bit more than the big box stores table salt, But after loading my Bug A Salt with this premium Tacky Stick Salt And going against safety protocol from the manufacturer, I decided to give it a few shots at a larger wood boring bee I seen, While getting ready to run, I fired just one shot after turning on the laser scope, It dropped immediately to the ground. Now it still was alive bit was finished off with just another shot. I now have no doubt using my gun with this salt we will be able to enjoy this fourth of July holiday.I truly recommend this product, And if you happen to experience anything to your dislike, I'm sure the company will treat you as a valued customer, I almost felt like family.Packing now for holiday, Now just to keep this bug killing machine out of the wrong hands.

I bought the salt because it would kill big bugs. It would not kill a fly at point blank.  Not happy !
