Years back I used to use a product called Solo Slim if I needed to lose a few pounds and get my appetite back in check. It worked great, so of course it was taken off the market. They changed the formula and reintroduced it, so I tried it again, but it didn't work the same at all. I then starting trying various things here and there, and never found anything that worked as well....until now! I just wanted something to curb my appetite and give me a little boost, and A-Rx does that. The only side affect I have experienced is it makes me really thirsty. Solo Slim did that too, and I like that because it makes me drink more water which is a good thing! I only had about 5-7 pounds I wanted to lose, and I have lost 5 or 6 so far and I have been taking this for 2 months. It's so simple because it's just once a day in the morning. The weight loss is gradual for me, because I don't have a lot to lose and I believe it's coming off mostly due to me not eating as much because I don't feel as hungry.
