I combined with a cat muzzle the first time which he absolutely hated and wouldn’t settle down until he got the muzzle off! After that I think the feet booties were considered something he could live with. Don’t get me wrong he’s not a fan but didn’t fight me getting them on the first or second time and it’s certainly saving some scratches. Ironically I think having the mask in his sight is also stopping him biting me too as I have options now! So it’s worked quite well for me.
