I would repurchase ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helps with lowering A1c *by M***L on March 10, 2020* This product reduced my A1c by 0.3 in three months taken twice a day. That got me to normal levels which is good. So 1000mg with ALA. I’ll update on another few months whether it still goes down. I was told by a nutritionist that this is more immediate in controlling blood sugars but something like Alamax is better for A1C.
