The directions that come with the kit are great, you can make all different shapes and sizes, easy to clean and easy to store. I just grabbed a gallon sized bag and tossed them all in for easy storage for the next time we decide to have SUSHI NIGHT! *And I was super pumped with the accessories- knife and rice spoon made the process way easier than usual.
