While this product is better than most in its price range, I was disappointed. The drawers didn't line up properly and couldn't open and close properly because of it. We have to return the product because the company couldn't fix it. We love the color/finish! It's a beautiful dark cherry, just like the picture looks. It is a very sturdy piece of furniture (the crib is too) especially for the price! I also like the size. Our son's room is relatively small so we didn't have space for a long side by side drawer style. I like that this one has 5 drawers so it still has good storage, whereas many tall dressers that come with baby furniture only have 4. The drawers slide easy. One of the reviews that I saw before we bought it said that some of the drawers didn't originally line up correctly (gaps when drawers were closed or places where it rubbed a bit), but if you move them to different spaces you can eventually find a good fit. It has held up great for almost 3 years without a scratch even after going through a move (but we have taught our son to be careful with his toys around furniture so things don't get scratched). We are now expecting baby boy #2. We will move the crib and dresser into the new baby's room. Our oldest got a big boy bed, but will need a new dresser. After looking online i couldnt find anything i liked as much as this one in the same price range so we decided to just buy the same one again! If you like the style but want an espresso or white finish look at the Babi Italia Parkland dresser. Made by the same parent company so it is the exact same dresser, just different finishes. WARNING: the parent company is going out of business so you won't be able to find the matching pieces of furniture or bed conversion kits for long for Baby Europa or Babi Italia. I looked for the toddler bed rail and the conversion kit to make the crib into a full size bed in the cherry finish and couldn't find them in stock ANYWHERE! We lucked out and our inlaws had a twin size bed that they gave us for our older son instead of having to convert the crib. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the issue with finding the matching pieces or replacement parts.
