I am giving it five stars because the final result is very nice individual letters that stick well to the wall once you get it off the white piece it comes initially stuck to. I guess the buyer performing the step before you put it on the wall is a trade off for a very discounted price. The first time I purchased I cut each line individually, so when I started running into problems again getting the letters to stick to the clear piece I did the same thing. The best trick I discovered was, instead of using a credit card to help coax the letters of the white paper I used a metal putty knife. It worked very well with a little bit of patience. Another tip is to start with the biggest part of the letters and kind of the clear piece in different directions. When a piece of the letter won’t let go of the white paper use the metal putty knife to gently pull it up and very gently coax it with the clear piece.
