A: Yes, this charger works with Philips HX6210 toothbrush.

**Q: can be used with waterpik toothbrush?**
A: It fried my Sonicare, which it was allegedly designed for.  DO NOT BUY.

**Q: will it work with a HX642A?**
A: As long as the handle has a hole in the bottom it should work.

**Q: Will this work with HX32208?**
A: My understanding that all the toothbrushes have the same base formation, so it should work
