I like the way they are shaped and you can sleep in them so comfortable! The trick is learning to wrap around the hair right you don't start from the ends like traditional rollers. Start in the middle wind the hair around it and then roll like traditional the rest. Make sure you have some sort of product in your hair to hold the curls, like a moose or something. When I did it right, curls stayed for days. It's really cute I love it.
