They come with extenders for each one which is a nice bonus BUT, I normally wear a 42D so I ordered a 3X and still have to use a longer extender. Other than that, these bras are perfect! They are comfortable, not too thick but still supports well. They cover the breasts nicely while my other bras I had had my breasts peeking out of the sides a bit. The clip to pull down a side to breastfeed is nice and fairly easy but with both hands. One-handed is difficult.
