I didn't want leather so this worked out nicely for me. It does have the look of leather. It also looks more expensive than what I paid for it. It has a lot of pockets and a clip for my keys. My smart phone and my 8.9inch pad with case fit. When I first saw the purse I didn't think they would. I also have my large wallet and other items that also fit. I am a larger woman and tried a couple of other cross body purses that were too short. This purse is long enough and very comfortable. However, I do like the purse except this color is very "fakey". I would suggest another color or maybe not even the fake croc but some of the solid colors. The dark brown solid is nice looking.
