I'm glad so many like this product by looking at the reviews (what sold me, along with the price), but after only half a dozen uses I'm abandoning my tub. This product gives me no lift at all, nothing extreme and no shock. I was surprised to see that in TWO SCOOPS it only has 140mg caffeine. With 45 scoops total, that is weak compared to most pre-exercise supps. Also, I felt no burning from the supposed huge servings of Beta-Alanine in each scoop - it says 2grams in each scoop right on the front. When I take two full scoops I literally don't feel any tingle. Maybe I'm now tolerant of Beta-Alanine, but in using Jack3d and many others over the years I could still feel it. I'm glad so many others have had good experiences, but this is not for me. Taste is weak, but tolerable.
