I'm in the Texas heat and sun every day and these shirts seemed like a good alternative to sunscreen (No, I'm not knocking sunscreen, I still put it on exposed parts). We have not hit the 90's yet and summers can get hotter than satan's ....., but I have worn them on fully sunny days and they kept me cooler. They have a good amount of stretch but aren't too stretchy and they are soft and comfortable. I'm 5'9", 145, athletic build, broad shoulders, and the large fits well, leaves room without being too fitted. I could probably wear a medium but I do not like my shirts too close fitting. The sleeves hit just below my wrists. They wash and dry easily though I usually hang them to dry. I appreciate that there is no weird logo up near the top like other brands I looked at, just a little reflective leaf at the bottom hem, cute.
