Had a minor issue, and had a rep from Koason replace the unit without any argument. Three day shipping, and a great experience. The screen looks like a IPS panel, and is bright even in direct sunlight, and it comes with nav, although you can change the program to whatever you like through WIFI. With no connectivity the GPS still works.
