I make my own ginger juice and freeze it in cubes to add to my GGMS. I actually have everyone in my house adding ginger to their drinks so I go through a lot and freezing it small cubes is super convenient. I've only used them a couple of times so far but the cubes came out of the tray very easily. Just not sure how long the lids will last, they don't seem to be very high quality but I made this purchase for the trays and they can totally be used without the lids so if they last for a long time it will just be an added benefit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ One Tablespoon Exactly. *by L***Y on Reviewed in the United States on November 10, 2020* I purchased these to freeze savory herbs and vegetables in butter, cookie fillings and whatnot to use as needed. They hold exactly one tablespoon each which is just what I needed. The lids don't 'snap' on but they aren't designed to hold anything in, they are intended to keep the trays flat as they freeze. The trays are soft and flexible. I use a piece of cardboard to keep it steady as I take it to the freezer. The ones I bought make cute little square cubes. I am buying the star shape next! They pop out so easily. Easy to clean the tray even when you have made coffee ice cubes.
