Fearless hub! *by J***N on August 15, 2022* These are wonderful hubs and totally transform your bike!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The good, bad, and ugly *by J***E on July 7, 2021* At first my review may come off as negative but read it all to understand.First I am using this on my home built E-bike with over 750W of power. After switching from a conventional derailleur & cassette to the N380 I noticed some reduced battery range. Not the end of the world but something to think about. I decided to try the N380 because I was twisting off my derailleur just about every time I went off road. I just can't help busting through trees and branches. I have owned over 5 of these starting with the 360. They all sweat a little oil. I've siliconed, epoxied, and nothing seemed to stop it. The #1 reason I keep replacing them is you can twist it into high gear to gain speed when approaching a steep hill and instantly twist it into low gear to finish it off. This is a really big deal. I ride the trails in my area and I just love going up steep hills. Since I have broken many of these I though I would help people learn how to make them last. Don't forget I have an E-bike with a throttle. So when I give it the gas, it goes!Some of my first problems occurred while riding over roots and rocks. Any time you come to a stall and give it power, you severely stress the internals. I have broken the sprag, an internal race inside, and the chain doing this. These forces are less likely to happen with just pedal power. To avoid these stresses I coast over these areas.In the end if you have an e-bike, take it easy on take off and easy in the rough terrain. Also get thicker spokes!
