The garlic has a fig like quality - well a fig that isn't dried out but has nice tooth and texture. It's also somewhat sweet with a slight kick of bitter at the end. Unique and to me, delicious. I usually eat them right out of the container which gets expensive in terms of calories and money. If you eat enough of these, and believe me you could, it's like eating an all natural antioxidant snickers bar. I highly recommend, and I'm thinking about getting a food safe so I moderate to a max of 2 per day. They do NOT make you smell like garlic or have any of the fringe side effects garlic can have. Highly recommend! One pro tip- don't put them through a garlic press. It's ends up looking like a playdough worm. Not at all appetizing.
