Performance, there is no difference, meaning it doesn't create a stronger or weaker sensation. I have noticed the bigger ones seems to stay on better. I tried to post a pic, but the link is broken. **Q: how many pads are included?** A: A total of two. But they really last awhile as long as you follow care instructions included with unit.
