**Q: How long will this keep once it is open..**
A: It will last about as long as any other food in the frig.  You can freeze it.  When you unthaw it you may have to add a little water to it for consistency. Taste just as good as when you opened the can.

**Q: How can I save any that is unheated and unused? I have the large can and two of us don't eat that much. Thank you for your assistance**
A: I have also put mine in good air tight containers in the freezer.  It keeps for a long time and not necessary to eat it all in a few weeks.  The key is "air tight".  I use the screw top containers and then put the container in a ziplock and freeze it.

**Q: How can I translate the expiration date on the top of the can because it's really long?**
A: You might call the company?  Otherwise, sorry... my large can is long gone so I can't help but.... the date doesn't matter to me since I, like so many other users,  put the gravy in smaller (8 - 10 oz) jars and freeze.  It gets used up pretty quick so no worries about expiration date.  I think I purchase about 2 - 3 cans per year and it is just me and visiting family/friends who use it.  It is soooo good.

**Q: This says it’s a 10 count. Do that mean when I order it will come with 10 #10 cans?**
A: This is the best Sausage Gravy you can buy.
No that mean you get one #10 can that 6 lbs. 9 oz. per can.
You get a one gal can.

Sooo good like at the restaurants. I heat some up for my biscuits and sausage Pattie’s each morning and freeze the rest in storage bags for later use. Awesome price for a delicious restaurant style taste
