It takes quite a few teaspoons to make it, and it's difficult to dissolve. Even after I stir it a lot, it still ends up not being fully dissolved. I've started putting a little bit of water in, and stirring to make sure it's dissolved, then adding more water. I guess since it's made for convenience store machines, they must have a way in the preparation process that fully dissolves it and doesn't leave any undissolved clumps.
