Invented by a kid, it offers beginner-friendly protection with impact-absorbing polyurethane foam and moisture-wicking lining for all-day comfort. Lightweight and contoured for young athletes, it’s perfect for baseball, football, hockey, lacrosse, and martial arts, helping kids stay protected without sacrificing comfort or mobility. ## Description The Comfy Cup in Neon Blue is specifically sized for young athletes ages 7-11, offering a youth-appropriate fit designed for growing bodies. This protective cup features impact-absorbing soft foam construction that provides essential protection while prioritizing comfort for beginners who are new to wearing athletic cups. The moisture-wicking material helps keep young athletes dry during activity. Originally conceived by an 8-year-old seeking a more comfortable alternative, this cup addresses the common challenge of getting kids to wear protective gear by combining necessary safety with a softer feel. The versatile design makes it suitable for multiple sports including baseball, football, hockey, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, karate, taekwondo, and other martial arts. The foam material absorbs impact while remaining gentle enough for all-day wear, helping young athletes focus on their game rather than their equipment. Review: Comfort and protection - I am so happy with this purchase. My son did not like the original that came with his martial arts equipment. I wanted something with the flexibility and protection and this was better than I expected. My son is 9 and he says it's extremely comfortable and can't feel it like his other. Another bonus is he thinks it's a cool color. No regrets on this purchase and would recommend to others to purchase for their child's sports. Review: 11y/o player says it’s the most - This was recommended to me by another baseball players mom. My son (11 years) says it’s the most comfortable cup he’s had. So there ya go, 5 stars. ## Features - INVENTED BY A KID KID: The Comfy Cup is a soft and flexible protective athletic cup made out of impact-absorbing foam. It was designed by an 8-year-old boy to solve the problem of boys who refuse to wear a traditional hard athletic cup. The Comfy Cup provides entry-level protection to boys who are just getting used to wearing an athletic cup. The Comfy Cup--the "training bra" of athletic cups. - COMFORTABLE AND COOL: Internally lined with a layer of soft foam and moisture-wicking fabric, the Comfy Cup keeps your parts both comfy and cool. - DESIGNED FOR YOUTH: Unlike many youth cups that are smaller versions of adult-sized cups, the Comfy Cup is designed specifically to match the size and contour of youth bodies. - SAFE AND PROTECTIVE: The Comfy Cup has been tested and proven to protect against impact better than wearing no protection at all. The Comfy Cup has been beta-tested by kids ages 7-11 while playing baseball, hockey, football and lacrosse. Kids unanimously agree that the Comfy Cup is more comfortable to wear than a traditional plastic athletic cup. - FLEXIBLE AND LIGHTWEIGHT: Weighing only a few ounces, a Comfy Cup is so light-weight, you hardly notice it is there. Wearing a Comfy Cup enables you to focus on the game instead of fidgeting with uncomfortable gear. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01FL1ZJ5S | | Age Range Description | Kid | | Age range (description) | Kid | | Best Sellers Rank | 309,121 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 44 in Athletic Supporters & Cups | | Brand | Comfy Cup | | Brand Name | Comfy Cup | | Closure Type | Pull-On | | Colour | Neon Blue | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 2,164 Reviews | | Item Dimensions | 13.3 x 8.9 x 5.1 centimetres | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 13.3 x 8.9 x 5.1 centimetres | | Manufacturer | Comfy CupTM | | Manufacturer Part Number | 4327274511 | | Material | polyurethane foam | | Material Type | polyurethane foam | | Model Number | 4327274511 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Sport | Baseball, football, lacrosse, hockey | | Sport Type | Baseball, football, lacrosse, hockey | | UPC | 867613000205 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Comfy Cup - **Colour:** Neon Blue - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 13.3 x 8.9 x 5.1 centimetres - **Material:** polyurethane foam - **Sport:** Baseball, football, lacrosse, hockey ## Images ![Comfy Cup™ Boys Youth Sized Soft Foam Beginners Protective Athletic Cup Ages 7-11 Kids Athletic Cup for Baseball, Football, Hockey, Lacrosse, Martial Arts, Karate, Tae Kwon Do - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61CedgGpnOL.jpg) ![Comfy Cup™ Boys Youth Sized Soft Foam Beginners Protective Athletic Cup Ages 7-11 Kids Athletic Cup for Baseball, Football, Hockey, Lacrosse, Martial Arts, Karate, Tae Kwon Do - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/616yIClo2yL.jpg) ![Comfy Cup™ Boys Youth Sized Soft Foam Beginners Protective Athletic Cup Ages 7-11 Kids Athletic Cup for Baseball, Football, Hockey, Lacrosse, Martial Arts, Karate, Tae Kwon Do - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41sYPHZ3-yL.jpg) ![Comfy Cup™ Boys Youth Sized Soft Foam Beginners Protective Athletic Cup Ages 7-11 Kids Athletic Cup for Baseball, Football, Hockey, Lacrosse, Martial Arts, Karate, Tae Kwon Do - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61A1dTBgPPL.jpg) ![Comfy Cup™ Boys Youth Sized Soft Foam Beginners Protective Athletic Cup Ages 7-11 Kids Athletic Cup for Baseball, Football, Hockey, Lacrosse, Martial Arts, Karate, Tae Kwon Do - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/911xQfwvRqL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does this protect as well as the traditional hard cup? (in baseball)** A: It was designed for speeds coming off the bat for the 7-11 year old range. It also was meant for those kids who refused to wear a cup (will protect much better than nothing at all!) **Q: Do the boys use the Comfy cup with compression shorts?** A: Yes, the Comfy Cup™ fits into the pocket of compression shorts or sliding pants.Check out this video for details: https://youtu.be/OrN6-6nm6r0 **Q: Will it be big enough for a twelve year old** A: The Comfy Cup was designed for prepubescent boys. Some 12-year olds are able to wear it, but for some it is too small. **Q: Is it washable?** A: Comfy Cups are recommended hand-washable. However, we have tested several rounds of washing in the washing machine and even an accidental trip through the dryer on several occasions and it held up just fine. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfort and protection *by T***A on 21 September 2025* I am so happy with this purchase.
