Made of 100-percent aluminum, AirBake Natural provides an overall enhanced baking performance with its insulated aluminum sheets and micro-dome technology to decrease bake times by up to 15% over traditional insulated bakeware. Two heavyweight aluminum sheets surround a layer of air. The air reduces the temperature of the metal that comes in contact with the food. The bottom sheet blocks the direct oven heat while the layer of air acts as an insulator preventing the top sheet from overheating. This means better browning, no burning, and moister baked goods. Set includes Small and Medium pizza pans. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Before using your bakeware for the first time, wash and condition the bakeware by spreading one teaspoon of cooking oil over the interior with a clean cloth. Wipe off any excess. Avoid overheating your bakeware. In order to preserve and avoid scratches on your coating, we recommend the use of plastic utensils. Slight surface marks or abrasions are normal and will not affect the performance of the non-stick coating. With use, the non-stick surface may become slightly darker. After reading reviews extensively on various brands, I selected these to surprise her with. And I am SO happy I did!She used these immediately the next day. She was amazed that she didn't have to grease the pans, that they cooked perfect pizzas. No soggy areas, no burnt areas. Her kids are choosy eaters, and declared those pizzas to be the best ones their mom made!Another huge perk to these pans is that they are dishwasher safe. I guess it's difficult to find any that are able to be in the dishwasher, and that don't rust in doing so. These Airbake Ultras boast that they will NOT rust.My s.i.l. has used them every single day, sometimes twice in a day. She is so pleased with how they cook up pizzas, as well as heat up chicken nuggets, french fries and the like. We use them for pizza, both frozen and homemade, and also for heating fries, etc.After 2 years of steady use they are getting kind of shabby and dark but they still work. No rust, even though they go in the dishwasher after use. They are sturdy and a good weight, not flimsy at all.I was planning to replace them, and I intend to, so I was looking to replace with the exact same set. I'm glad they are still available. For the price you are getting a good deal on 2 quality pans. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love these pans! *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on February 28, 2012* I love all of the cooking sheets by airbake, due to their ability to prevent food from burning, and their reasonable pricing. I can not stand a pizza (or much of anything else, for that matter) with a burnt crust. If you have a very unpredictable oven, or if you just tend to leave things in too long, the Airbake pans will not burn your pizza (or cookies/etc), they will only make it crispier or drier if left in too long. They are also very easy to clean, crumbs wipe off easily and do not stick to the coating like other pans. The only annoyance that some may find with these pans is that they should not be soaked in water.
