This book was from a point of view of long haul detoxification through the eating routine. Which is extraordinary for future reference and certainly something I will join later. For this stage, I was searching for more data on momentary purging and detoxing. I would prescribe it to others to figure out how to eat well to proceed or keep up the detoxing procedure.

Looking at the cover and title I thought this book would have a recipe or two for detox smoothie or juices.  Nope!  Just a bunch of research talk and waist of fruits, veg and meats that are good for you and a little talk about fasting.  Wasted my $2.99. Lol

It is great that people are enthused about being healthy and get excited when something works for them.  BUT that does not mean everyone should write a book about it.  Author does not communicate any qualifications.  The awkward sentence structure on each page suggests the same.  Sorry, but one star.  Booklet ended up in trash.
