That is very misleading to others that read reviews. **Q: Would these be large enough to accommodate adult diapers?** A: Yes these diaper sacks can accommodate a medium adult diaper easily, Just make sure you role up your diaper before placing it in the plastic sack. I've used these sacks with Abena M4's, Tena Slip Maxi, and Tranquility ATN diapers.
