I’ve never had a problem with Freetress hair before. I work in a beauty supply so I understand what the letters mean before the color. TP or any pack of hair starting with T means ombré. The hair is indeed ombré, but only half the pack!?! Not even half, just a small sliver of red (350) in each pack. This is great for someone who only wants highlights of ombré red in their head, but I wanted all the ends to be ombré red. Freetress packs don’t usually come like this, which makes me feel like this is some boof (fake) branded hair; this company took some water wave hair and put it in a Freetress pack. Still soft, manageable, ok to buy, but beware of the colors.
