**Q: What country is this bar made in**
A: I did not observe a country of origin imprinted on the bar.  I assume it is made in the US.

**Q: Can a civilian own one of these?**
A: There is no law, that I know about, in any of the 50 states, which would prohibit ownership.  It is not a weapon.  It is a tool, a specialized pry bar.

**Q: Does it have some nickel content to keep it from rusting?**
A: It's a "Halligan Bar!" So why do you care if it rusts? It's only going to be easier to grip. If you don't want to get dirty rethink why you need this tool.

**Q: What specific type of steel is it made from? And has it been heat treated at all or is it left neutral?**
A: Not impressed with this bar’s finish. Type of steel, no idea but it does have some weight behind it. For the price it is under the quality you would expect.

The perfect tool for solving problem zombies or for doors that just do not want to open. This is a beast of a tool, well made that should have no difficulty with the most demanding problems with egress or entrance.

Arrived on time and as pictured. First use on a rolled over semi with family of 4 trapped inside. One well placed strike with the spike into the windshield allowed it to be pulled out. Family was out safely in seconds. Definitely worth every penny.
