The synthetic material of the bristles on the adjustable angled brush-head are a bit soft and may end up permanently pointing in all directions after a bit of use. The assembly diagram was amusing to follow as a double ended screw-on rod that was supplied wasn't featured in it, so I just screwed the component parts together as I saw fit ( you can't actually go too far wrong anyway ). When put together it all seems O.K but the length of the broom and dustpan stems seem enormously long, even for little old 6 feet 2 inch me. Taking into account that it's neither a gift, nor a horse, I am still inclined to state that I 'shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth' for some reason. Probably because it does do what I bought it for.
