It is a must read for RLS sufferers. I have been one for over 50 years (heredity) and did not know half of what is in the book. I suffer from muscle jerks day and night. My doctor has tried the latest drugs. Repinirole helps some but I am maxed on it and it leaves me sleepy during the day. Using several of the suggestions in the book have made it bearable now.
