Claudia Citkovitz writes clearly and everything can immediately be put into use. She has extensive background working with women in labor and she distills this knowledge and experience in a friendly and approachable way. Even people who are inexperienced with acupressure will be able to feel the quality of points. I used this book as my primary resource to prepare for a lecture for Child birth educators.
