**Q: Close to Insanity? 
I've seen some people comment that this DVD is comparable to Insanity in intensity - is that true? I'm looking for something lower impact than HIIT/Insanity type stuff to do 2-3 times per week because I'm having some joint and muscle stiffness issues and don't want to overdo it. But I'm an advanced-…**
A: I really enjoy HHA. I do it 5-6 times a week for the last month. I don't get sore from it at all. I have never done HIIT so I can't compare. I know Insanity Fast and Furious is a good hardcore 20 min workout. HHA is a longer workout but not as intense as FF. if you need intense you may want to try FF. I have added Rockin Body to my workout this last week. I love it but am sore! If you are asking about adding HHA to a workout program you are already doing I'd say do it. If you want it as a stand alone someone to an intense workout may get bored so try Rockin Bodyboy or Fast and Furious.

A: Abs section is 10 minutes and the cardio section is 1 hour

**Q: Everyone is saying how it works and how well it works but you never say how much weight you have actually lost**
A: I have lost 31 pounds, I do this plus the Rockin Body DVDs and I walk/run. I do something everyday, I work this dvd in about 3x's a week.

A: It works your whole body, and especially your abs!!! But you can't eat the wrong stuff like sugar and bread late at night or the Excercises won't work.
