It is a pvc cover though. I use it to protect the seat cushions from getting wet. I remove it when I want to sit on the seat on a nice day. **Q: Does it have zips for inserting cushions** A: No while this is a good product.. it is ONLY a waterproof cover to put over Your cushions it does have velcro to hold it in place.
